\ud83d\udeb6\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Small moments of movement can make a big difference.

During the 2025\u20132026 school year, within the 63rd edition of the \u201cTrofei di Milano-Cortina 2026\u201d initiative<\/strong>, the PODiaCar \u201cDON\u2019T STAY STILL!\u201d<\/strong> pathway brought brief and inclusive \u201cmoments of movement\u201d into everyday school routines to reduce prolonged sitting and promote a more active school environment.

The overall programme reached 118 schools and 61,053 students aged 6\u201313 years<\/strong>, 52% of whom were girls.

\ud83d\udccc 2,992 student outputs<\/strong> were created, including drawings and videos dedicated to movement and active lifestyles.
\ud83d\udccc 3,090 students<\/strong> directly took part in guided \u201cmoments of movement\u201d during school educational sessions using PODiaCar video exercises.
\ud83d\udccc Teachers expressed positive feedback on the initiative and its educational materials.

Schools are a key setting for promoting healthy habits from an early age. DON\u2019T STAY STILL!<\/strong> shows how simple, short and inclusive movement opportunities can be integrated into the school day on a large scale.
